Refund policy

Did you buy something from us and it sucks?

Hit us up at avem.theband@gmail.com.  We'll try and make it right, we're reasonable!

To ensure we are not misrepresenting our refund policy, Google demand that we make this clearer.

If you bought something from us that is broken/unplayable/not as advertised contact us via our e-mail or respond to any of the notifications you've received within 250 million days of receiving it.  If it's within a reasonable time frame we are happy to replace the item OR refund your money, whatever you prefer.  What is a reasonable time frame you might ask? That's how legal binding contracts and laws get you, they use this obscure language to protect their interests.  We don't play that game, so just think about it a bit.

CDs
Did you just open the CD case, toss it in, grab a beer and hit play and it's skipping right away or just plain not working?  That's our bad.  We'll hook you up.

Did you use the CD to sand a wall before you painted it?  That's your bad.  Don't use CDs as sandpaper.

Clothing
Did you just open the package and it's already ripped or there's a hole?  That's our bad.
Does it not fit you like, at all and there's nothing you can do with the thing and feel like you wasted your money? Hit us up, our clothing provider has a decent refund policy and we'll eat the cost to get you a new shirt. We might ask for your measurements though to ensure this next one fits, so be warned.

Did you wear the shirt 700 times through a blizzard and walking through a fireplace and it's seen better days?  That's on you.  Shirts do accumulate wear & tear as you wear them.  Pretty punk rock.

Bird Feeder
Each of these kits has been handmade with love by Morry.  He's measured out and done everything he can to make it quick and easy for you to assemble.  Is a screw missing? Is there a hook missing? Did the mesh come broken or with a big hole in it? Is the wood broken?  If so, our bad.  Let us know and we'll ask for pictures/clarity of what's missing and will either refund you some money so you can grab it from your local hardware store, OR we'll send you a replacement.  Whatever you prefer, really.

I hope this more clearly defines We'll try and make it right, we're reasonable!
